Pole Pixie Resting Plate

Easily Set Down Your Pole!

Put the pole down without scratching up your camera.

Image description If you are using a short pole (10 feet or less), then a resting plate is probably completely unnecessary because the pole is so easy to handle. However, if you start extending to 16, 20 or 24 feet, you will not want to continually hold the pole. You are going to want to set it down on the ground while walking around checking shooting locations, messing with other equipment, etc. Get a resting plate! These are GREAT and work really well with the Pole Pixie adapter. By keeping the end of the pole off the ground, your camera doesn't get scratched up. The resting plate works great for all pocket cameras.

Frequently asked question: Will this work for my DSLR?
Answer: Before you buy, take a ruler and measure the distance from your camera's mounting hole to the furthest edge of the camera or lens. If the distance from the hole to the furthest edge of the camera is 4 1/2 inches or less, then the resting plate will work well with your camera.
