However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Pole Pixie products, you may return them in their original new condition within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund - no questions asked, and no return authorizations required. Simply do the following:
•The products need to be in their original new condition and original packaging, along with a copy of our invoice from your order.
•You are responsible for shipping them back to us. We strongly encourage you to ship with a tracking number so that you know that we received your package. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.
•Mail to: Nitsua Global LLC 7621-A SW 56 Ave, Miami, FL 33143 .
•Once we receive the returned products and inspect them, we will mail you a refund check for the cost, plus any tax, of the parts returned. The original handling and shipping charges are not reimbursed. We do not issue credit card reimbursements.

Before you ship back the products, give us a call at 720-263-2688! If there is a problem that we can help you solve, then maybe you won't want to send them back. Feel free to let us know about any issue that comes up in your use of our products.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased our products not from this web site but from another retailer, then you must instead talk to the store that you bought them from about any refund that they may offer. If your bought the products from us, but they are not in their original new condition, if you are missing the original packaging, or if you do not have your original invoice, you MUST CALL BEFORE returning the products.
